Mike has over 25 years of hands on experience building and running businesses and specialises in working with business owners and their sales teams to increase their sales levels, resulting in substantial changes in their levels of personal and business performance.

Kerrie is an entrepreneur who has grown and successfully sold a number of SME businesses in a variety of Industries; recruitment, bar and restaurant, beauty, retail and gift products.

She started the first of her six businesses at the age of 20, and has a wealth of real-world experience, both in Australia and the UK employing up to 25 at any one time.

She has experienced success and failure. She can recognise core business flaws and can implement strategies to rectify them and stimulate success.

David Mack served 16 years in the RAF as a Communications Engineer. Following that David worked for 7 years as a commercial manager at Heathrow Airport and then 2 years as Head of Centre at the Pioneer Centre. Setting up Trinity CPD Training in 2004. David has an MBA and is a qualified Coach, Action Learning set Advisor and Mentor. David also successfully advises SME businesses on business growth.

Vast experience of negotiation at board level and comfortable within any management level or shop floor environment. Works best with business owners or entrepreneurs, flexible, loyal and driven. Excellent understanding of marketing methodologies, coupled with practical financial and personnel management knowledge. Passionately dedicated to boosting bottom line profits.
